My neighbour on Barry road has had scaffolding up since before Christmas, I sleep in the attic room and right next to my window is the scaffolding with tarpaulin, it is so loud! Whether it's raining or windy it makes so much noise and keeps me awake. A few months ago it got so bad because it had come loose it all blew off in the wind. It would be more bearable if the house was actually having works done to it, but I haven't seen any workmen for months. I don't know what to do ?
