Once again I'd like to thank Paul the plumber 07974 755732 for helping my Tennant at the weekend when her boiler went down! Even thou it was a bank holiday he managed to come to our rescue and get the boiler up and running again. It ended up being really simple and he only had to top up the pressure. Further more he didn't want to charge and said that I just give him a drink, what ever I was happy with! Thanks again Paul and keep up the good work.

Have to agree with you elly, I've used Paul a few times and glad to see other people are as happy as I am with him. Once again he helped me out at last minute when one of my tenants called with a problem (no water) he realised that the water had been turned off and tried to find the stop cock. Eventually we found out there is one stop cock for the 2 flats and they had a leak next door, hence turning the water off. He fixed the leak and turned the water back on. Very honest and reasonable priced!

He has done bathrooms for me in the past to a few property's that I rent out, and my family have used them for their houses. Can anyone suggest a good estate agents to start letting my propertys with? I tried selling a couple through foxtons and found them to be the biggest waste of space ever. They sent their best sales man to me over priced all my propertys and then as soon as I signed they told me to reduce the price if I really wanted to sell them. Shocking, then every time I wanted to speak to the guy who promised me a sale at this price, he was busy. Funny that. So not selling looking for a rent/management team

Just told someone else to try Paul the plumber 07974-755732 Helen, he is cheaper than most and very competent at his job. He does all my plumbing now also services the boilers at the flats I rent.

Likewise I need a tiler, had some plumbing work done (new bathroom) and just need some tiles put on around the bath Regards

Ask Paul for a quote, he always does my work now because I've been stung a few times by plumbers, they seem to think they can print money. But Paul hasn't let me down and he doesn't charge a call out either. I rent a few property's out and I just send him now and he always turns up on time and keeps the tennants happy.
