Hello I am registering with forest hill road practice I have heard good things about them You need to check if they will cover your postcode :-)

I feel so discusted by the way melbourne grove medical practice had treated both me and my baby who is now 19 months since we have joined them in September 2012 To cut a long story short- it took almost 4 weeks for them to process our registration when we joined, another two months to get a nurses appointment for my baby's routine Injections, i must say that when i finally got to see the nurse she was lovely, the first time I saw a gp I was discusted with her manner and lack of care, I've had recurring problem since my pregnancy and the doctor just stared at me for the whole appointment with a blank look on her face she did not ask any questions to determine what was wrong with me she did not examine me or offer any help I walked out off the appointment in total shock on the way home I started to cry I felt humiliated I have been trying to make appointments for my baby to see gp they are not available and when you call up some of the reception staff are abusive and very rude and unhelpful, this has happened on over 10 occasions with different staff, very strange because when you go in person they are nice to your face but I have heard them talking about patients out loud which is completely unprofessional I have now given up all hope of getting a doctors appointment for my baby and I'm on the way to register with another gp surgery as we speak Anyone who needs to register with a gp take my advice steer we'll clear of melbourne grove medical practice
