I know a friend that had to completely gut their house in ED due to tenants that ludlow had provided. When you think that both landlords and tenants are being charged ridiculous fees by these cowboys, and then innocent landlords have to re-fit their entire property for damage caused by tenants they provided - just seems a complete con. Is a company as large as this not regulated in some way??!
