Just Dance in Forest Hill is amazing! Takes place on a Saturday at Forest Hill School Sports Centre. Fi & Dom are excellent dancers and have such a feel good attitude, and a really great work out. www.justdanceuk.com There are alot of poeple that go - around 40! shows how popular it is. Cost ?7 and you can just turn up. 10:30-11:30am. I tried Push Studios and had terrible experiences there. Arrogant teachers, over priced and rude. I hadnt booked and they were not welcoming and had to stand outside. Not really what I was looking for moving to a new area. It seems very clicky. I would advise everyone away from Zumba at Push Studios. Not the feel good factor. :)

Hello I just wanted to recommend Laurant who recently came to my period flat and did an excellent job. He painted my victorian bay windows, french doors, along with skirting, woodwork, ceilings and coving. His pricing is very competitive and he's flexible in working to what you want to do. I wanted to part-paint to save costs and he fully understood. Just a friendly, decent and trust worthy person - an absolute professional in his work.
