Hi everyone! New year new film club - we'll be meeting on Saturday 20th January at the Rye Hotel, to go to the Peckham Plex to watch a film. There should be some good films out as it's Oscar season. Meet at 6.30, leave around 7, but I'll update nearer the time when we know what's playing and what time. Maybe have a drink afterwards too :) All welcome!!!! Lucy

I've reserved a spot in the pub for us. It's reserved under my name. Ask at the bar for Luisa if you can't find us, but I'll have the film clacker board with me! Remember to buy your tickets in person before hand as we won't be leaving enough time to queue for tickets at the cinema.

Great. Yes mrwb, just turn up to the pub with your tickets. It's basically just a social trip to the cinema, with a drink or two before hand. Mary123, I'll reserve a spot in the pub, will post on here where we are seated, and will also have a film clacker board with me!

We will be watching LaLa Land, which begins at 8:30 at the Plex. Let's meet in the Rye pub from 7pm. We will need to leave the pub at around 8:10 to get to the cinema. I suspect this might be popular, so please pop into the Plex sometime before we meet to get your tickets. The queues in the cinema can be horrendous! Hope to see you there! L

Just a quick reminder that beer and a film will be this Sat evening. Come along for some good chat in the Rye pub, and a nice film! The Plex will publish their films and timings on wed or Thursday, so I will update then. L

Film Club is back! We will meet in the Rye Pub on sat eve for drinks and then all head down to Peckham Plex for a film. I will organise times once the Plex publish film times, but for now, keep Sat 14th evening free! For those who have never been, we are a friendly group of locals between 30-45 years of age (but all ages welcome!) and meet for drinks and a film. Many long lasting friendships have been made!
