My next door neighbour Kate has asked me to put this up As she doesn't have an account...(she didn't understand the instructions you gave her) John has made a lovely job of my staircase, he replaced all the handrail and spindles including Over lapping my existing staircase in oak timber. The work has transformed my hallway. Great job, i will pass your number on to my friends. :) Kate and Richard Hill -

Thanks again John My niece loves the bed you made for her. Brother in law sent me over this photo after he painted it so i thought I'd put it on here for everyone to see. See you on 27th to my fit wardrobes. Suzy -

John come round today to look at my leaking roof. I needed a seconded opinion as I had been quoted over ?5000 from two roofing companies saying I needed my roof re tiled? They told me that sum without even investigating the problem. After telling John the problem the first thing he did was climb on the roof using his ladders, he took a photo and said I had two or three cracked tiles (see photos he showed me) right above the leak in my front bedroom. He popped out for half hour to buy 3 new tiles before coming back to replace the cracked ones (see photos he showed me). It rained today, and i have had no further leak patches in my bedroom He charged me a extremely reasonable sum of money for the repair, better still his honesty saved me paying out over ?5000 so I gave him a extra ?20 I also found out while he was round today that he does many various jobs including installing sliding wardrobes, I have accepted his estimate and he is coming round in the next couple of weeks to do them once the wardrobes are in stock. Thank You John 07545456422 - John -
Hi everyone, iv recently moved to the area and moved into a poor maintained property so I'm looking to have a few things done. In the spare bedroom i have got some awful MDF doors that are boxing the whole wall where my boiler is. Can anyone recommend anyone who can take the MDF doors down and install sliding doors along the whole wall. Need someone who I can trust and can also give me a few other ideas around the house. Leave your recommendations with numbers and I will contact them, my husband and i have many jobs I need doing in my house. Thank you Suzy

Strongly agree Iv only moved to the area 2 weeks ago and have already noticed how motorists fly through Lordship Lane. I hate taking my children out with me when walking down that road just incase they run off if i ever turned my back for a split second. Susan Pallister -
Trustworthy and honest roofer wanted to come round and solve a small leaking problem on my roof. I had two roofing company's come round last week and both said I need my roof re tiled... both quoted me around the ?5000 price tag. I need someone who will give me a honest answer and hopefully solve the problem. Thank you
