No, I obviously did not see it, otherwise, why would I bother to write about it? I just thought that Dulwich community is more respectful of others and would clean their shit instead of cussing out people who accidentally stepped into it. If someone steps into it and slips it could cause an injury. I was warning people and starting a discussion so someone can claim their paint and clean it up.
