I thought this might help a few people who are trying to buy / sell, rent / let property. I've just sold my flat through www.propertyin.com and would thoroughly recommend them. I'd had it on the market for about 8 months when they took it on, and had had very little interest. I was pretty despondent about it and thought it would never be sold. 4 months later I'd been offered 98% of the asking price. Property In were good at communicating, responsive and professional throughout. Give them a call and ask for Steve to come out and see your property and have a chat with you about your expectations and any issues you've had in the past.
