I'd like to recommend Jo Barker ? very highly! She has done fabulous work in our gardens in London and Kent. In London, she does ?normal? gardening eg pruning, planting, clearing, making everything look good. In Kent, she?s designed and planted up an edible organic forest garden for us. It is in its second year and is already a lot less work than a normal garden. In addition, it will look after itself after the third year (well, 2-3 days work over the whole year, spread out in 10 min slots). And, most importantly, she?s designed it to give us organic salads and veg for 12 months of the year, and fruit for 8 months of the year. (I picked a salad for 10 people on New Year?s day.) Plus it is beneficial to wildlife. Jo is a qualified permaculture teacher and is passionate about designing gardens for people and wildlife.
