Hi there, I need a new wooden floor fitted over existing wooden floor boards, which are letting in a lot of cold from the basement (I recently bought the house and ripped up the carpet). One guy has let me down twice and another, who I usually use, is too busy. I need someone to take a look at the floor before I order the wood to check it can be done. I'm hoping to get a ceiling pendant lamp fitted. Bit tricky because the lamp is a two wire system but the fixture is six so need to make sure it's done properly. Cheers
