  1. I had a wonderful coffee at this place the other day- they really take a lot of skill in making it! Some gluten free bakery options would be great if possible ....
  2. Steve is great we have used him for rugs carpets and sofas - 07941 344137
  3. We had a man knock at our door tonight selling household products, saying he is part of a scheme for the homeless. I got taken in by what he said but I?m worried it?s not genuine - has anyone else had the same tonight? I?m now concerned he might have been scoping out the house and locks.
  4. This restaurant is amazing- we always have lovely food and service. They make everything from scratch and it?s delicious. The weekend brunch menu is really good and surprisingly an easy place to take children as they are very welcoming
  5. Does your child go to Early Bloomers Day Nursery? (Corner of Whateley road and Fellbrigg road). I am a bit concerned by some of the things I?ve overheard whilst the children are in the garden.
  6. We had an amazing lunch here today- the food was delicious and service amazing - we didn?t have to ask for anything. The owner was delightful and all the mother?s were given roses as they left (it was mother?s day) . A very special lunch.
  7. Has anyone had any recent good/bad experiences of Kings /St Thomas maternity services (specifically for the birth)? thank you!
  8. This place is 24 hours and really good http://www.esvc.co.uk On Elizabeth st near Victoria

  14. Scoobies in dulwich village are very good and have on site seamstress some of the time (call in advance)
  15. We went in here recently they have some nice stuff and good prices worth a look
  16. We also used Smile Moves a while ago, the owner Simon is excellent, http://smilemoves.uk.com - really recommend for efficient and friendly service.
  17. Terry does a great job, he's skilled at carrying out a wide range of work and has always been honest in his approach. I think the consistent good reviews are testimony to that.
  18. Marcus just did our bathroom floor tiling. He is very nice to work with, reliable, informative, well priced, tidy, communicative, and above all skilled at his profession. He gets booked up because he's so good so worth planning ahead. His number is 07817 050 159.
  19. Jason Maclean of Maclean Interiors http://www.macleaninteriors.com is such a talented interior designer. He worked on our home in East Dulwich in a very intuitive way, and he quickly got a sense of us and what we wanted. He had just the right amount of ideas, without being overwhelming in choice and suggesting only suppliers and options within budget. His network of suppliers and access to fantastic builders and local tradesmen is a definite plus because it means he can deliver a project from start to finish - i.e. a complete refurbishment of your home. I liked the fact Jason was open and honest but never in a harsh way. He definitely has a sixth sense for putting things together spatially, colour and texture wise- we were really impressed. In my view Jason has very special creative qualities, coupled with a practical and realistic way of working. In the long run it can save time and also money, as you end up buying things you like and that work, rather than having to live with or change expensive mistakes.
