Another shout out for Tiger. Hand on my heart I can honestly say learning to box with Tiger has been absolutely brilliant. I look forward to each lesson. My fitness has increased, along with my strength, focus and the ability to have a decent nights sleep, which I have been struggling with after having had a full work out. The lessons are geared towards your personal own goals and each tailored to how you are feeling that day. As well as learning a great new skill, the lessons are motivational and great fun you may leave knackered but with a big smile on your face. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Hi - I have 30 minute MP4 video interview and there is a a slight delay with the voice and the video not running at the same time. Can any one help edit this please I have looked into the software video pad and it's like learning a new language!! Does anyone know of someone who could edit the video please. Absolutely 100% recommend Mark Newlove. There are so many rave reviews on the forum so that says it all. Any problems or queries and he is quick to respond to messages, prompt and on time. My boiler needs to replaced in the near future as has run its time, but Mark has managed to prolong it and help me the save the pennies for the moment. Wow, totally addictive and delicious, if you haven't yet then you must try one of Mila's sample bags of goodies. The rye sourdough crackers are crunchy and delicious topped with some cheese and relish. The sourdough with the caraway seeds gave the bread a really delicious taste. Finally the sourdough bun topped with sunflower and poppy seeds - yum, perfect size too. Steve from Sundial windows has given our old sash windows a complete new lease of life. They look completely different, superb finish and some windows that were sticky are now opening effortlessly. I can highly recommend Cameron from Eagle Eye Oven Cleaning. Our oven had the 'ultimate deep clean'. Cameron has transformed both the oven and hob. He used materials that did not leave a toxic smell, all the parts were removed and cleaned in his van. Care was also taken to cover and protect the wooden floor. If your looking to have your windows refurbished then I can highly recommend Steve and his team from Sundial. From the start Steve was honest and gave us good advice about all our options. We decided to keep the original sash windows but to have them refurbished, this is a very extensive process, Steve?s team worked very hard, they were reliable, worked around us as a family in and out of the house (with two young boys) and tided up when they left the house. We also had old ugly rippled glass taken out and replaced with new in both windows and doors, its brought the house up to date, and has made a real difference to look at. The final finish is excellent, the windows have been painted with a superb finish. They open effortlessly, and there?s no more drafts. I would not hesitate in recommending Steve from Sundial. I had my son?s 6th birthday party at Captured on the Rye and he had in his words ?the most epic birthday party ever?. Lou managed a party of ten children effortlessly. All the kids loved working out their design, choosing the colour of the screen print and then proudly walked out with their very own unique t.shirt. There was also time for some spin painting which equally captivated them all. I?ve put theirs into frames, they look great and also they make super presents. I was able to bring in a birthday cake and order in a pizza for the finale, it was an effortlessly stress free birthday. My elder son also throughly enjoyed it and is already planning his 9th birthday to be there.

My son has just had his sixth birthday party at Captured on the Rye. In his words it was the most "awesome party ever". All ten kids including an eight year old loved it. They created their own designs which were screen printed, followed by the magic of spin painting. Lou keeps the kids keen and ready for more! We finished up with a pizza delivery and some cupcakes. It was stress free and I'll be going back for my sons ninth birthday. I Couldn't recommend it enough.
