Whatever you do, DON'T use Bryhill Technical Services. Dealing with them has been a nightmare that has dragged on and on and on. As, i suspect, with most Damp Proofing Companies, if they can't hack off plaster, inject chemical proofing and replaster at great expense then it's beyond them. You're far better off spending money on an independent expert damp surveyor to look at the problem, then go from there. I'd recommend Paul Larter at West12. He inspected a property we were due to buy following some mentions of damp in the survey and offered understandable, practical advice. http://www.westtwelvesurveying.co.uk

I've got to recommend Niko on 07818607583. He's always been available for us, on a number of little jobs. You won't meet a friendlier guy, and he's been very open and keen to explain the plumbing issues we've had and what he's doing to fix them. He's also been very reasonably priced, and is the first call we make in a bind.

Hi Pippa, We just used Bridges Removals last week and they were excellent. I was planning to hire a van and ask some friends to help until MissusF persuaded me otherwise. Lovely, polite, and very professional. Cost us ?200 for a one bed flat compared to the ?100 the self drive would have cost me, but Stephen and Dean did in an hour what would have taken me all day, leaving us free to clean, plan and worry about the legal stuff. So much easier. Never moving by myself again!

Another satisfied customer of Niko's! We've just moved in to a new flat to find the kitchen sink leaking all over the place.
