Thank you everyone, that sounds reassuring! I?ve sent a claim form for goods not received to my credit card company, which covers the majority of the cost( still investigating)Will probably be out of pocket on some cash given and 16 handles I bought separately and left in the shop to be put on .

Looking to find others who have lost money, due to country homes going bust! Paid in full for made to measure goods and waited over 8 weeks to find the shop has been vacated and gone bust with no forwarding details...devastated!!!
