Southwark council have put their Dulwich Healthy Streets review brochure through letterboxes this weekend. They say a full public consultation will commence May-July 2021. If you have an opinion and want to feedback your point of view then register your interest www.Southwark.gov.Uk/dulwichreviewreg or in writing at: Highways-Dulwich Review, 3rd floor, Hub 2, 160 Tooley Street, London, SE1 2QH.

CPZ: Proposed Controlled Parking in East Dulwich
BeadyBoo replied to dulwichresident01's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
CPZ will not reduce traffic flow down Lordship Lane, Peckham Rye, Barry Road etc so the School?s along these roads will still be subject to high levels of pollution. That added to the dust and debris from constant building works/ home improvements need to be addressed in a better way to improve the environment for everyone. -

TfL plan to reroute Bus 40 away from London Bridge
BeadyBoo replied to Bic Basher's topic in General ED Issues / Gossip
I just completed the online form adding comments as to why I want the current 40 route to remain. Anyone who uses Southern knows how unreliable the rail service can be and this bus route is a an efficient way to get to London Bridge, that or bike or cab ! Don?t wait until it?s gone. -
Forest for a weekend away from ED?
BeadyBoo replied to smedavies's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Try Thetford, Thorpe Woodlands is an amazing outdoor activity centre or next door there is a Forest holidays park which has cabins with hot tubs. Just spent the weekend at Thorpe Woodlands kayaking and rock climbing. -
Hi there We want to host a 6 year olds birthday party in a few months with lots of running around outdoor space. We'd like to invite the class and are thinking Francis Peak Centre but can anyone suggest or recommend anywhere else in the local area? We often use the Mulberry Centre in Myatts Field but there is a limit on numbers. Ideally the outdoor space is more important than the hall. Do the adventure playgrounds hire space? Huge thanks in advance.
