I’ve got a couple of unopened boxes of engineered oak herringbone floor leftover as well as a big box of off cuts. Also some extra underlay, tape for the underlay, adhesive and tools (pull bar, rubber mallet and adhesive spreader). Flooring should cover around 2sqm, plenty of underlay for that and should be enough adhesive left too. Much loved Dawes duchess bike for sale. It’s been sat in the shed for a long while and has been well used so will need a bit of attention although it was serviced shortly before retiring to the shed! A great bike to get you around town and includes a slightly out of shape basket, a bell and a pannier rack on the back.
