Add to that, he was pleasant. I will recommend him and would use him again...though of course I hope I wont need to!

I guess Alan does not need another recommendation but I will add mine, nonetheless. He came very quickly to sort out a minor but irritating problem with a lock. Very competent, professional and pleasant. I couldnot have asked for more.
