Dog locked outside on East Dulwich Grove

I can hear a dog crying/howling either on melbourne grove near lytcott Grove OR on glengarry - it is kept outside for a number of hours every day and sounds very distressed. I see an earlier post about this in Dec 19 - does any one know what house/flat number is doing this please? This started a few months ago. This sounds like a different dog to the one mentioned near Elsie Grove. -
I lost my silver i phone 6S plus Sunday 21st - either around au ciel / the Art stationer in Dulwich Village OR around the M and S on lordship Lane. It has two years of photos, not backed up unfortunately. If anyone had any news of this I would be very grateful to hear.
