Calling bubbly mums and babies! Fit Slings will start in April. It is a baby-friendly session combining dance, Zumba moves and other workout elements. Mums can carry their babies in their slings while exercising or simply leave them in the pram or on a play mat. We currently have two locations, the EDCC (Thursdays) and the QMR (Fridays). Both sessions will start at 9:15am and can be booked on blocks of 10 classes (valid for 12 weeks). The price of a block is ?70, while a single taster session can be reserved for ?10. Eos Dance is thrilled to announce its first charity show. Snow White will show on Sunday 22nd March at the Peckham Liberal Club, 2:30pm. Our children will re-create the Disney classic, on the notes of the original soundtrack. The event is a charity show supporting Clic Sargent, the UK?s leading cancer charity for children and young people, and their families. Clic Sargent provide clinical, practical, financial and emotional support to help them cope with cancer and get the most out of life. They are there from diagnosis onwards and aim to help the whole family deal with the impact of cancer and its treatment, life after treatment and, in some cases, bereavement.
