I take my daughter to Lucy Sparkles at All Fired Up on Friday mornings and we love it! They cater for a mixed age group so should work well for a 1 and 3 year old. Live guitar too which is nice. Not sure if they do siblings discounts but most places do so worth asking. www.lucysparkles.com
