We want to offer the East Dulwich Forum an extremely positive review of Architectural studio and local business ?Lendel Stephens? www.lendelstephens.com Our project was in Lordship lane. Our goals were to fully renovate and to add a loft conversion and rear extension. Very early in the project we discovered Stephens team and we were very glad we did. Stephen was able to guide us through our naivety of such a project with skill and competence. His interpretation of our aims was much slicker than other Architects interviewed at the time. This was followed by a very methodical, strong administrative capability that helped us navigate planning permission, tenders and execution of the build with good success. Now that the project is concluded we reflect on involving Lendel Stephens as saving us an enormous amount of risk and money. Most importantly we have a property with renewed lifespan and functionality ? with some design flair that we would not have achieved without support. We are very proud of what we have been able to achieve with these services. If you do have a building project (big or small) you would not be disappointed involving this studio. Tim and Ash
