Hi all A second vote of confidence for Jay and the team at Prestige. We had a smaller project undertaken (a spare room and two bathrooms renovated) but the positives flagged above are very familiar. Jay was quick to communicate during the project and also advise on areas throughout (which helped us, as we both needed some guidance). The team were very hard working and co-ordinated. Equally, they were tidy and respoectful of other parts of the house when undertaking work. The overall finish is excellent and we have confidence that the build and work has been completed in a way that should give very little fuss going forwards. We'll certainly look for the team's support again in the future and are very pleased we werent tempted with some lower priced quotes we had at the outset, which may have left us not feeling as positive about the outcome or process. Kaysie (07596150571), who I found on the forum only a day ago was responsive to message, arranged a time to pop over very quickly and then helped us out with some small jobs that we'd been putting off for ages! From what I know, Kaysie seemed good value. Will definitely try and use him again if we need anything.

We have recently had Steve and team restore and draught-proof the sash windows in our house in Nunhead. The finished windows look great and the drought proofing has made a noticeable difference. We would definitely recommend Sundial and a much preferred alternative to the full replacement pvc option (personal preference due to both desire to keep original features and also the lower cost of pvc sash windows). The team were very efficient and tidy and Steve was quick to give regular updates on progress. The team scored high on trust - they found some cash that had fallen out of one of our pair of jeans when we must have been taking them out of the wash and phoned to say they had found it and would leave in specific place when we got home. This was reassuring to us. To give full perspective - if you are having the team work outside then perfect. If inside, then worth budgeting say ?200 for a deep clean (or set aside a weekend yourself) to clean the very fine dust that can creep into small gaps. This certainly isn't a negative and the team taped up almost every gap, but with the amount of work completed a bit of dust is to be expected. Overall fantastic job, highly trustworthy and very happy to recommend them.

Thanks midivydale We use Nunhead rail station (although try and cycle when not feeling too lazy!). That's really helpful, so will look into the children's centre. Hoping to be near enough to Ivydale for primary a few years down the road! Thanks again James
