I would like to Highly Recommend K-Wellness for mobile Personal training... She has been my personal trainer for the past year now and the changes to my body have been incredible. She comes to my home first thing in the morning 2-3 times a week with an army of equipment. Every workout is varied so I never get bored and once a week a friend joins my session and we train together whilst her baby plays or sleeps which is so helpful for her. Karis is a lovely friendly girl, her prices work out better than most local PT's especially if you buy in bulk and she isn't shouty or militant she simply pushes and motivates to get the best from you. I have recommended her to three friends now who all use her and are very happy.

I would like to offer up a recommendation for K-Wellness. I have been training 3 times a week for the past 4/5 months, I mostly do the PT sessions but every now and then I throw in an amazing one to one yoga session on a Sunday! As someone who gets bored easily and finds it hard to stay motivated K Wellness offers variety in every session... boxing, cardio, weights, Toning exercises and yoga have all helped me loose weight, get fitter and tone up. Karis pushes you without making you feel it's too much, she has a great manner that brings out the best in you. I also buddy up with my friends sometimes for sessions which keeps the cost low even though she is affordable compared to most Dulwich PT's! 10/10 from me!

The Damp Proofing Company I recently damp proofed and tanked my entire VERY VERY VERY DAMP basement flat. They were so friendly, professional, clean and efficient. They also beat every quote that we had from other company's and worked with our other builders perfectly ( Which is so rare!). I recently did a month Personal Training with K-Wellness. Karis is absolutely adorable and super funny which helps when you think your gonna give up. She is kind and encouraging and really focuses on improving not only your physical fitness and your body but also your attitude towards exercise and wellness and looking after yourself. She comes to you and will train you indoor or outdoor or will train you in your local park if you prefer. She brings all the kit, asks what type of exercise you enjoy and incorporates it into the sessions. She had been very flexible on times and she is affordable. Having just brought my first flat I have used 'Get it done services' over the past few weeks for a variety of jobs. Daniel is hard working and professional. He has done everything from Collecting 200 bricks, sand and cement and delivering it to my property,to labouring when we needed help with 500 bags of rubble putting into our skip, to general help with the demolition and ripping out of our property.
