Funny you should say that as Rafa has just rejected his new contract!
  2. Just being nosey Matthew123 but where did you watch the Liverpool game? There was a bloke in the CPT yesterday with his head in his hands and I kept thinking it may have been you.
  3. I'm having a *"dry" January so won't be going anywhere unfortunately. :'( * Chocolate liqueurs don't count.

Well I do for a start, walking distance from Anfield, cut my football teeth in the Boys Pen many, many years ago. I don't go that much now, only once this season, West Ham a couple of weeks ago. Came back with a stinker of a cold or is it manflu?
  6. I think it may be the pub next to Denmark Hill station, it was the Phoenix and Firkin, I could be wrong though.

  13. Karaoke is now back on in the Well on a Friday night. Was in there tonight and there were a few, shall I say, characters in there. Very funny though.
  14. Two sisters for takeaway, I definitely agree!
  15. Not topical to Ed but, My husband was enjoying a curry today in the Curry cabin when he got a phone call, the caller said "This is a bit of a strange call, but I've just found a wallet and your card is in it, his name is ---- ----- do you know who he is?" Hubby didn't know him but asked where he found it and then realised that he'd been to see him months earlier and gave the caller the address, he told him him that what he was doing was brilliant (which it was) and he just replied " It's Karma, innit mate" There's plenty of people like that out there!
  16. Feeling quite lethargic too and a bit wobbly, I wish I'd not got drunk yesterday. Is it too early for a curer?

Not sure yet if I will be there but if I am I'll make myself known this time. :)-D Jeremy, karaoke is now on Saturdays.

  22. Oh Sorry. Did think that myself to be honest. West Ham, few days up there, looking forward to it.
  23. Not heard of Rouge but will remedy that that very soon. Don't blame you re Sandon and the rest, we usually go to the King Charles by the Oakfield. We,ve not been yet this season (shame) but will be going week after next.
