  1. Make Do Nunhead is a pop up to encourage people to 'have a go' at crafts of all types. In the run-up to Father's Day we have specific crafts for kids of all ages to come and make something for, or with Dad. For just ?2 each, crafts include making a marble run, making leather plaited bracelets (you and Dad could make one each and wear each others), stitching or making cards. Ideas suitable for age 3+ Drop in 10am-6pm Wed 11th - Sun 15th, Nunhead Corner, 26 Nunhead Green.   2. Your local haberdashery and craft shop opens in Nunhead on 23rd May with a launch party from 6-10pm. The event is opened by Tessa Evelegh, author of the Great British Sewing Bee: Sew your own Wardrobe. With drink & nibbles and prizes for anyone wearing one of their own creations. With classes including half-term kids sessions, evening classes for beginners and intermediate skills in knitting, crochet, sewing and pattern masterclasses from Tessa Evelegh from her Sew your own Wardrobe book.
