I want to recommend personal trainer Richard Brumming. He's absolutely brilliant - and you have fun while he gets you fit. He's an expert and puts together a tailor-made programme that that works for you and you'll be amazed at the difference he makes to your level of fitness in a short time. He's a really lovely trainer and excellent at finding ways to motivate you. I do work in the gym with him and my husband does a lot of boxing and outside training. You can choose what works for you. Saied got to grips with our overgrown garden and transformed it in a day. He takes time to listen to what you want to do and what is important for you - and comes up with really creative ideas to suit your budget. He is really friendly and helpful - and definitely knows what he's talking about. We're really looking forward to him helping us with the next step and filling it with colour.
