  1. If you live in the Dulwich or Herne Hill area, I am available to teach Pilates private lessons in your own home.


    The classes will be structured to meet your personal needs, so are excellent for people who may have injuries or conditions that preclude attendance to a class.

    Also great if you have time constrictions, as they can be booked for your own convenience.


    I have been teaching Pilates for 22 years in the East Dulwich area.

    I originally trained with Alan Herdman, and I also have a BA (Hons) dance and teacher training from Trinity Laban.


    Private lessons are just £50 an hour.

  2. My East Dulwich Pilates classes have remained on Zoom since the pandemic.


    Elementary level, Mondays at 6pm

    Intermediate level, Tuesdays at 10.30am


    Mondays are a more gentle level, excellent for back care or modifying for injury.


    Tuesdays are a higher level, for people with more Pilates experience. This class is also available in Studio at PUSH studios(off Lordship Lane) on Tuesdays at midday.


    I have been teaching Pilates in East Dulwich for 22 years. I trained at Alan Herdman's studio, the man who brought Pilates to the UK. I also have a BA(hons) from Trinity Laban.

    If you know your Elbow Plank from the Boomerang, then this is the class for you! You need lots of Pilates or fitness experience for this class.

  5. 6 week course for Back Care, InjuryP/rehab, Post natal Pilates etc.

    Starts Monday June 3rd

    7.30pm

    St John's Church, Goose Green


    This is a gentle Improver level class aimed at body maintenance, for people who may have back/ shoulder/ hip issues: For injury and post operative P/rehab: For Post Natal.

    Or just if you haven't done any Pilates in a while and want to get back to it.


    The 6 week course (6 one hourly lessons) is ?72

  6. My Monday evening Pilates matwork class at Goose Green is a gentle class aimed at Back Care, Core stability, Post Pregnancy and Injury Prehab.


    Some basic Pilates experience is required as the class is Improver level.


    The class is very small (just 6-8 people) so I can modify for your individual needs.


    Taught by Tania Tempest-Hay, who trained with Alan Herdman, the man who introduced Pilates to the UK.

    All equipment is provided.
