  2. We found a young fully intact male ginger cat hiding in our front garden at Goose Green Clinic today. He was very skinny so may be a lost cat, and he appears to have been hit by a car. He is mobile but limping and is now safely at Celia Hammond in Lewisham where they are looking after him. He's not microchipped and may have had an operation around the top of his leg as there is what looks like a shaved patch.. He's very sweet! If you recognise him or know anyone who may have lost a ginger cat please contact Celia Hammond on 020 8691 2100 and please let us know too! Thank you

It's a great way to move forward on a very positive note for self caring and development. A tool for life.... This course will consist of meditation and relaxation techniques designed specifically to help overcome the effects of stress and anxiety. These well documented MBSR courses are run extensively throughout the UK, pioneered originally in USA by John Kabatt Zin and by Mark Williams in the UK. The approach has been clinically proven to reduce the negative effects of stress and anxiety enabling people to cope better and lead happier lives. In recent years these courses have been widely endorsed by both the medical profession and the media. If you have already done a meditation course this will be a way of taking the core practice of Mindfulness further. It is also suitable for people with no previous experience of meditation. Please contact me if you would like to book a place. The full cost is ?200 (concessions available). This inculdes a course workbook and meditation download/cd as well as a light lunch and all refreshments at the Sunday workshop. 5. Hello, I?m sensing some doubt.? Are you super busy? Are you afraid to leave your child with another caretaker? Do you find a day too long? Or do you wonder whether?the Workshop The Secret Language of Play is for you? Please tell me, mail me, what is stopping you from joining, so I can keep improving myself. ? Of course, it can be that there?s a zillion things to do on your list. Like, we have so many things to do as moms!? And we definitely do not want to leave our children on our precious Saturdays. I get it. I really do. But do you ever wonder.. if I don?t act now, then when?? Life has that tricky?habit of catching up with?us!? Before we know it, we?re dealing with teenagers. Another ball game.??And we?ll look back on this?precious time. So what we often really want, is not to hurry more, but to find more joy in spending time with our children! Not that holiday once a year or going to an attraction park, but especially?in the day to day interactions with our children. And threatening like a police officer is not on that list. Hell, that?s not what we signed up for, right? So let?s make this deal and agree: it?s time for more fun! And I can assure you, making that commitment already brings you towards more joy. But here?s the thing. When you invest 1 day in this workshop, you?ll get so much out of it, it will CHANGE THE WAY YOU PARENT! You invest 1 day but will win so much time in the future with your kids. So if you really want more fun, a new perspective, more tools, more joy, more play: In the Workshop ?The Secret Language of Play? you?ll get the easy-to-use tools to have more joy in your parenting. Also, you will understand your child?s behaviour. Because in the workshop I don?t just give tools. I also explain WHAT the behaviour of your child means. And really, this works and definitely brings the fun back! You?ll be able to connect better and more with your child and will feel less at a loss. Some of the things I get back after the workshop: ?Wow. This changes everything I believed about parenting? ?I?m so looking forward to go home and play with my child? ?Chris! We?ve started doing your games the next day and I?m amazed to see it works immediately!?? So I love giving this workshop. Because it?s my PASSION. It?s my passion to get you super inspired to find that joy with your child, because I want YOU to enjoy your children the short time you have with them. And NOT struggle and fight. So what you?ll get from me in this workshop are some VERY PRACTICAL tools and some DEEP INSIGHTS into behaviour. Mind that I have so much respect for what each of us does for their family. So in my workshop there?s no shaming, no blaming of parents. The only thing that I?d like is to see is your happy face go home to your family and be the fun mom you want to be. ? ? BUT? And you stay in control and you take home whatever you like from it. So. What is this play workshop all about? In this workshop I?ll help you to use easy to learn but very profound and special kinds of play, to deal with: Sibling rivalry Doctor, dental and hospital visits Potty training Sleep issues Hyperactivity Separation Anxieties, like for dogs Eating issues How to make up after punishments Cooperation Setting limits And much more! Anything I?m missing on that list? Please, send me an email and ask me if it?s discussed too! Really, it?s a super nice workshop! We?re with a cosy and small group this time, because I was late with promoting the workshop. This means there?s plenty of individual attention. There?s still a few places left (and I can assure you that you really do not want to miss out!) PLEASE CALL GOOSE GREEN CLINIC FOR MORE INFO - TEL: 020 8693 3047 + GET YOUR BONUS! If you sign up today you?ll get FREE access to the live online Q&A + the replay a few weeks after so you can personally ask me all your questions! ASK US HOW TO GET YOUR TICKET TO OUR WORKSHOP + YOUR FREE ACCESS TO THE GROUP Q&A SESSION A FEW WEEKS AFTER. I?m looking very much forward to see you in our workshop Saturday in East Dulwich!! 9. Dear?Calla, We're very sorry to hear about your bad experience, however, your story really does sound very much at odds with our clinic and how we operate. We suspect, for a number of reasons, that you may be getting us confused with another clinic, especially given that you saw a number of osteopaths in the area and in central London over a number of years. - We do not sell any products at the clinic (you can check this on our website) nor do we upsell treatments- if by that you mean pushing for longterm treatments at regular intervals. - We would rarely, if ever, need to provide a regular course of treatments to the same person for the same issue for more than 3 months. - Furthermore, none of our osteopaths can recall treating anyone by the name of Calla (assuming Calla is the name you go by), though it is obviously harder to double-check this without a surname. We do, however, agree that your management doesn't sound like it was handled as it should have been. Our website advertises a fee for a set number of treatments http://www.goosegreenclinic.net/therapies/osteopathy/ but because our management plan is different for each patient, we advise how many treatments a patient is likely to need at the first consultation- we emphasise that this is the patient's informed decision. Proper self-management rather than a protracted treatment period is always the ultimate objective of Osteopaths and these practices are required by our statutory regulator, the General Osteopathic Council. This is all especially important with long-term symptoms. No doubt Osteopaths don't always get this right and when this happens it is our responsibility to put this right with the patient as?best?we?can. Because the circumstances do sound at odds with our approach and it was possibly many years ago, could we ask you to please double check if we were really the osteopaths you saw? We are situated at 57-59 East Dulwich Road on the main road opposite Goose Green with Ravi Parbhoo the senior osteopath and founder of the clinic in 1999 , Louisa Henderson , Rory Lemon and Will Westwood practising here. We can totally relate to your experience and trying to avoid this, and providing a first class, effective and friendly service is one of the things which drives our practice. It would be good to discuss this more with you as the last thing we would want would be to to send away any unhappy clientele. With best?Wishes, Ravi?Parbhoo?(Senior?Osteopath?and?founder?of?the?clinic)
