We are looking to either have a knock through on our terraced house or preferably a side extension, we are unable to get any serious builders to quote without drawings and we are unable to get drawings without committing to a full Architects building service and we are being quoted ?3000 for a part service, is this the norm ? It seems a lot just to find out if something is feasible and get some drawings. Any advice would be greatly received. Thank You
