When you call a company you never really know who you are speaking to, I thought it would be a good idea just to give you a little insight into the owners of K&O Pest Control. A picture of them is attached. Here are the owners and the formidable Husband & Wife team Colin & Vicki Sims. Colin also is a pest control technician and has been working in Pest control for 9yrs and was a few points away from a distinction in the RSPH level 2 in pest management. Colin loves his job and customers have even commented on this, which gives reassurance that when you call us you will receive the best service. Vicki also works in the shop and has been in the pest control industry for 4yrs and is not scared of any of the pests that K&O deal with. Vicki has attended rodent courses and insect courses and is very knowledgeable. Although she is mainly based in the shop, she does attend jobs with Colin as this helps when talking to customers over the telephone she can tell the customer the basic process of what to expect, when the pest controller arrives. Colin & Vicki have been together for 20yrs and married for 13yrs. They have 2 children Kasey 18yrs & Oliver 14yrs. have you worked it out yet?? yes the K&O is named after their 2 children. They both believe in giving a great service and get really annoyed when customers call up telling them the bad experiences they have had with another pest control firm. When Colin & Vicki first set this business up it was very important that all customers will be treated as if the pest problem was in their home, therefore ensuring 100% customer service. They believe in good old fashioned values i.e they treat people how they would like to be treated.
