Hi there, Me and my husband are taking the familiar step to Beckenham and will need to sell our house fairly soon as we've fallen in a love with a house. Obviously we want to sell it for the best price but not the Foxtons overpriced style. We think we have a rough idea of who to use as I have been recommended Pedder by a few of my friends recently and also I know Winkworths have a lot of boards around too. I have seen No Flies talked about on here a bit but I have been told that, although they have a low fee, they also undervalue properties. Also what sort of fee can you negotiate agents down to? Any input is greatly appreciated.
