Hi Callie, we appreciate your message as we strive to be as fairness is our highest priority. There are a few reasons for the price difference; a lot more work goes into cutting girls hair such as more sectioning which require more trained skills. Girls also get a blow dry to finish which in itself is hard work and gents usually don't get. There are more products used on female hair, more shampoo and conditioner and more styling products used when drying and styling the hair. It generally takes longer for a girls cut and finish. Thank you Eleanor Jane and Alice for your kind words. We hold charity days every year in each of our Salons and this year all profits made at our Peckham salon will be donated to a local South London charity called Down's South which is a parent run charity supporting children with Down's Syndrome and their families. We are so pleased to hear you booked in today and part of the fundraising. Over the Christmas period we are also collecting any old toys that you no longer use that we will wrap up in the salon put under our Christmas Tree and give out to children in care at Christmas.
