  1. hi there new to the forum, i was having a look around when i found this thread. i too am with melbourne grove, and have been for about 13+ years. this new system they have is sh1te. i phoned them yesterday for some advice at 08.30, i was told that i would get a call between 09.00 - 10.00. 10.45 1st phone call, yes you are still on the list, there are 2 others in front of you. was the waffle from the receptionist. 12.45 2nd phone call, receptionist - the doctor is due to call you shortly. me - don't bother, this service is rubbish and beyond the joke. receptionist - do you want the doctor to call you then? me - NO. this is not the 1st time i've had problems with this new system. e.g repeat perscriptions, the tablets i'm currently taking are not the type to be handed out over the phone, yet the call back doctor wanted to arrange for a repeat prescription, going by what i have said over the phone. i am now debating on whether to change doctors because of the insufficant system that melbourne grove are now using.
