Hi Andy I had a bike accident last Friday where I crashed into a lamp post and my shoulder and side and neck took the impact. I'm still stiff and could really do with some help today before going back to my extremely hectic job. my arm, shoulder and around the top half of my spine are really stiff. Are you available around 5pm? Thanks Julia
