Not sure you mean the vibrating plates that you exercise on? If so; High Vibe on Melbourne Grove has them. Gianni the owner offers a personal training service too. 020 8693 3955

Haircut help for mixed race toddler boy
misscuppycake replied to midivydale's topic in The Family Room Discussion
Hello, my son is of mixed race and has very curly hair. I take him to 'The Little Clipper' on Northcross Road, Dulwich. They're excellent and the children get to watch a cartoon on a mini personal screen so they're entertained & sit still. I struggled to find someone that could handle his curly hair & they're been great. Can't reccomend them enough. -
Need ideas - birthday party for a 7year old boy
misscuppycake replied to enjoy's topic in The Family Room Discussion
How about a pizza and cupcake party? The kids can make their own pizza's toppings and decorate their own cupcakes. Or something else craftsy, you can get loads of bits from local craft shops/pound shops and The Works and the kids can make things to their hearts content. You can get cheap plates from Ikea and ceramic paints and let the kids create master pieces and you wont have to worry about party favours as they can take all their creations home! Best of luck whatever you do! -

Does anyone have a child in Preschool at Peckham Rye Day Nursery? And if so what is your personal experience/opinion of this nursery? I know they have a few changes recently with management staff etc. Do you feel this has had an impact on the level of care the children receive there. I have a child currently attending and I am not very happy at the moment and am considering removing him from this nursery. Any feedback gratefully received, thanks!
