  1. We use Ruskin House School on Herne Hill Road. We like the size and especially the outdoor space they have plus longer hours than most (7-7) which is a blessing when you get stuck on the commute home! The baby class has 3 rooms - one for sleeping, one for eating and messy play and the one for general play. They also have lots of cots unlike others I have seen that only have a couple. The final class (age 3+) have spanish lessons once a week which is great on top of the regular curriculum. All food is made in house and they are happy to consider input to the menu. They provide everything you need (except formula) and they will also (with your permission) give your child a dose of calpol if needed. This can be very useful to save you from being pulled out of work which I saw other mums having to do.
  2. My son is at Ruskin House School which is Herne Hill but people from ED use it too. I like the size and especially the outdoor space plus the hours (7-7) as it allows for early starts or late finishes when needed (though this doesn't sound important for you). They don't do half days though but it is 51 weeks per year except bank holidays and a couple of training days. They tend to thin out by September as kids go off to school so you might be ok.
  3. Missse22, have you tried emptying his poo down the toilet while he watches after you change him while, even asking him to help if he can. Telling him and showing him that poos belong in the toilet and not in his pants might get through to him after a while. Good luck
