Can anyone recommend a good physio in the area? Preferably one with some experience of sports injuries (i.e. a dodgy knee from running). Thanks.

Bit of an odd request but does anyone have bolt-cutters I could borrow tomorrow? We are moving house and, upon trying to unlock my bike (which hasn't been used in a while...) from the drain pipe in the back garden, it seems the inside of the lock has rusted and the key won't fit. Have tried WD40 but to no avail! Any help would be much appreciated - happy to pay / compensate you with a bottle of wine!

Just to say we got Ray Murray to do this job. He's finishing it off at the moment but was very responsive to messages, was here on time (after coming round last night to take a look), is charging a very reasonable price and has done a good job so far. He's had a few jobs cancelled so is available this weekend and we would certainly recommend him. His number is 07927239023.

Hi all, Looking for opinions on JAGS and Fusion. Would likely be primarily for the gym, but would also use the pool and attend some classes. I will probably take up a free day trial with both to help me decide (I think they both offer this) but any opinions/advice would be greatly received. Hi all, I'm looking for suggestions as to the best pubs for watching football in East Dulwich or Peckham. Myself and a group of friends are wanting to watch the Scotland-Georgia game on Saturday and, although it's unlikely that anywhere would be showing it without being prompted (it is Scotland v Georgia after all...), we were hoping that if we were to ring up prior to the match and ask that somewhere would be happy to pop it on the TV, given that there will be around 10 or so of us who are all guaranteed to buy drinks and food. If anybody has any suggestions then it would be most appreciated!

Anybody know of any pub quizzes in the area tonight? The Great Exhibition usually do one but I can't see anything on their Twitter etc.
