  1. To answer your question I'd say ?50 is reasonable for a 1hr PT session. I know a lot of excellent PTs who charge this amount, if not a bit more. I also know several PTs who charge less (closer to ?30) who I would not trust with my health and wellbeing as they could do more harm than good. The key point is that you can pay less but you can also pay much more. I think ?50-65 is the fee range for a decent trainer who works with the majority of people. Disclaimer - I'm a PT and I charge in this range and the price per hour varies according to the package chosen. I hope this helps.
  2. Hi, I'm a PT and triathlon coach and coach run technique for several amateur athletes. I personally train for and race triathlon (over the longer distances) and the people I coach are all focused on endurance running or triathlon events. My coaching approach draws loosely on the Pose Method but I work with everyone as individuals and will adapt training to suit their specific needs. Let me know if you'd like to have a chat about your goals and I'd be happy to answer any questions you might have. I live in Forest Hill but work with clients across south, central and east London. Here's a link to my website if you'd like any further information: bodyactivept.co.uk (see the services/sports performance section for info on running). Neil
