  2. yes, Aria and his team are great! I've used them both in my home and rental flat and they are so polite and efficient. Louise

  4. Dear locals, I am a Shamanic Practitioner offering healing sessions in the East Dulwich, Camberwell, Brockley and Nunhead/Peckham area. I work with spirit guidance to address the causes of illness and imbalance at its root. It is very powerful work which can bring healing throughout the family constellation. I am highly trained and you can read some client testimonials on my website. I am passionate about helping people to live fully, whatever that means for them - hence my post on this site. https://www.southlondonshaman.com/ Louise
  5. I've just had Ashcan Solutions completely refit my kitchen in a rental property. From start to finish they were amazing - really respectful around the tenants, quick workers and full of advice. The job became way more complicated due to structural issues and Ashley dealt with it all calmly. No great stress for me. They are recommended Howdens fitters and I am really impressed. 7. AT LAST I have found a great cleaner. Really thorough and a nice person to have in the family home. Mara: 07828169496 She has some availability, I recommend you get in touch if you're looking for a reliable cleaner. It's been a LONG slog to find one! Louise
  8. hi I'm interested - how much does he charge for a double oven? Thanks!
  9. Did you train in Soul Retrieval under Sandra Ingerman? It's just that I have finished a rigorous Shamanic Practitioner Training and we spent a whole week on this area alone. Soul retrieval is such sensitive work, requiring a lot of aftercare and diagnostic journeys beforehand. I'm just asking because there are some people out there who practice without full training, in other shamanic techniques also, and this can cause a huge amount of energetic harm. I'm not saying you are doing this! It's simply a case of stating your teacher's name and so honouring them - as all Shamen do. Best wishes for your work Louise
  10. Pop into Howdens on Goose Green they have loads of recommended builders there. I'm about to use one to refit my rental kitchen - so can't recommend him yet! Louise
  11. I highly recommend David Rodrigues: 07976979155 [email protected] I've used him for years for everything Louise

  15. I want to learn to dance - at the tender age of 42! Does anyone know if there are any beginners classes in the area? Thanks
  16. I just hired James from Pressplay for a circus party for 25 six year olds. He demonstrated and taught them circus tricks like balancing peacock feathers, spinning plates, diablo sticks, juggling and loads more. The children's faces were a picture of wonderment and complete delight when they had a go themselves. Every child learnt something and has, apparently, been raving about the party ever since. James was so professional, he managed all the different personalities really well, including my three year old so she didn't feel left out. The parents were gobsmacked by his manner. Can't recommend him enough. And only ?150 for two full hours, during which he orchestrated the bday tea and cake presentation. Thank you James!! Here's his details: www.pressplay.org.uk t. 07939 225 213 / 0208 771 5075 email: [email protected]
  17. Hi Nik, it's me again from Gables Close Camberwell. Can you please email the quote? I texted you two email addresses on Monday. Thanks Louise

Tragic indeed but necessary! Thanks so much too, ladyruskin. My husband and I had a play in Currys the other day. Was surprised at how reasonable the prices seem there. APparently all we have to do is email dimensions of appliances to howdens and they will check they fit. What could possibly go wrong???!!
  19. We are going with Howdens at the moment, been back and forth a few times but we're getting there. Can I ask, does anyone have a recommendation for places to purchase integrated appliances? Howdens' Lamona range is so expensive and I'd rather go for names I know. Looking online is a stab in the dark at the moment! Thanks Louise
  20. First Place Cambridge House, or Chumleigh site in Burgess Park. Two kids there, absolutely love it.
  21. Hello Jarmila I'm looking for someone to do the school and nursery run, look after a two and five year old for a little bit, do some cleaning etc. We live in Camberwell. Not sure on exact days and times yet but would love to talk to you... Louise 07901826779
  22. thanks for all the recommendations. In the end I tried Little Clipper for zoe and her five year old brother. Didn't much like the manner of the older hairdresser with my daughter, she was barking at her to do this, do that, over and over again. She's only just two! Great playroom though so will probably be tempted again.
  23. Hi there, my two year old daughter is in desperate need of a haircut. Our usual place - with lots of kids' entertainment - has just closed. Can anyone recommend somewhere local? Here's hoping, I can hardly see her face:)
