Hi all Not sure if this will help anyone. I live in a ground floor flat on forest hill road and have just watched a short indian man raiding through the blocks bins and recycling bins he kept pulling papers out so im guessing hes up to no good. He didnt have a care that my window was wide open. I was about to take a photo and he disappeared. My block is supposed to be secure with a entry door and a security door at the back(obviously not secure). Just giving people the heads up in the local area please be careful with ur rubbish xx
