I also have had a very similar experience. A white van, black male driver with white male drivers mate. Similarly asked me to take in a parcel for a neighbour I don't know at all. Got increasingly aggressive and abusive when I said I wouldn't take the parcel in and left as I was about to call the police. There was no markings on the van to indicate the company and I was too slow to get the registration.

Does anyone have any info on what progress there has been in addressing the need for more primary places? Is the Ivydale School expansion the only viable solution on the table at present? Has there been any investigation into alternative solutions?
