  1. Hello In 1911 Alexander Henry Clark lived there with his wife Annie and children Violet and Victor, he was 43 and a clerk born in St Pancras. Walter Sidney Fentum age 29 and his wife Emily Mildred nee Barlow, and daughter Emily Annie lived at 119 Crystal Palace Road in 1911. Hope this helps?
  2. I would not recommend managing yourself nowadays especially a block of flats. There are so many laws, rules and regs to keep to, and you would have to keep up to date with any changes which are easily missed if you are not a registered agent. You would also need a bank account that would need to be administered and register with Companies House. Plus if anything goes wrong you risk legal action.
  3. Ask the Managing Agent for copies of the invoices, they are obliged to let you have them.

  5. Could they be flea bites? They may have been in the basket and ended up laying eggs in your carpets? I can't really tell from your photo but flea bites go quite red, probably due to scratching. Hope you get to bottom of it and feel better soon.

I have no idea about paranormal stuff, but people keep quoting that 11 people died in the Kings Arms and that just isn't true, even if Dulwich on View says it is!
  7. I have heard this many times regarding the haunting of the Kings Arms PH and ghosts singing WW2 songs in the bar. Only a little research is needed to find that no-one died in this pub during the second world war.
  8. I thought the telephone numbers were fake, I just tried it and it works.
  9. I purchased Rosalind's first book "Sacrifice of a Lifetime" at the door quite a few years ago. I thought it a good read, although there were a lot of grammatical/spelling errors. I have a lot of admiration for her for taking the initiative.
