Hello, a few of us locals have got together and sorted a fundraiser for the Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network, a local organisation based in Deptford providing vital support and advice for refugees arriving in our borough and surrounding boroughs. Please come and support if you can ? we?ve got loads of local musicians and artists performing, a cake sale, and an excellent raffle. It?s at the Ivy House on November 19th from 1-5pm and Lewisham Refugee and Migrant Network will be there too, spreading the word about what they do. Flyer attached.

Office Assistant role ? part-time Mon-Weds 9-5 (21 hours a week) Rumour PR is a small PR and Marketing agency specialising in the interiors, design and lifestyle industry, based in East Dulwich. We currently represent 11 British design brands, working to promote their products to the press with PR and directly to the customer with marketing. We are looking for a part-time office assistant to join us in our friendly, busy office of five. The main responsibilities will be with helping us keep track and report where and when our clients appear in the press and feeding this into our clients, along with general office management duties to help keep Rumour PR running smoothly. Responsibilities ? Management and reporting of press cuttings and online coverage: ? Management of monthly press reports ? Management of magazine subscriptions and weekly newspaper collection ? General office duties ? Supporting the PR team in mail outs We need someone friendly, super efficient and organised, and ideally interested in the industry we work in.
