I read several recommendations on the forum for Jim Cox, carpet fitter. I called and can see why, Jim is reliable, friendly, reasonably priced and did a fantastic job on our bedroom carpet. He went out of his way to drive to Dartford to collect the carpet as the supplier was being a little slow and fit us in at short notice! Thanks Jim! 07901834901

This could be a coincidence but last night the door was open to 81EDG. My boyfriend went to investigate and there were a couple of contractors setting an alarm. Not sure if that is progress or not?!

Thanks GinaG3. We walk past it every day and it is pretty disgraceful for a property to be left in that state for so long. We have just checked land registry and looks like leasehold is held by Amicus Horizon housing association.

Has anyone complained about or looked into the situation with 81 east dulwich grove? It has been boarded up for over 6 months and the accumulated rubbish etc in the front of the property is pretty grim. Thanks

Hi, I returned home yesterday to find our ten year plus boiler making alarming banging noises. We have just bought our flat and have had some problems with the boiler since moving in. I found a recommendation on the EDF for a plumber called Andy 07983 688451. He was over within an hour, and took great care in explaining everything to me who knows next to nothing about boilers or central heating. He got hold of a part this morning and was back again first thing to complete the job. I would highly recommend him, I know a lot more about boilers than I did yesterday and his price was reasonable as well.
