Managing the Purchase Ledger: ensuring Purchase Orders are raised and all invoices are processed in a timely manner and paid within agreed terms. ? Managing the Sales Ledger: raising invoices and maintaining effective credit control ? Preparing and producing month end management reports, to include Profit and Loss, Balance sheet, Debtors & Creditors listings ? Managing the company cash-flow; providing weekly cash-flow reports to the bank; monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends ? Salary management - providing accountants with relevant information for payroll and P11d calculations ? Ensure all employees are on the correct benefits packages and bonus/expenses are paid at agreed times ? Producing VAT Returns ? Maintaining Xero with all relevant financial data and information ? Managing Fixed Asset schedules and depreciation ? Liaising with accountants to ensure annual monitoring is carried out; preparing year end accounts ready for accountants, with all relevant schedules and control accounts balanced ? Ensuring all payments to the Inland Revenue are made on time ? Management of monthly credit card spend. ? Working with the CEO and Founder to manage budgets effectively ? Management of financial processes regarding the Founder?s tax, insurance etc. ? Managing uploading payments of pension payments to our pension portal ? Managing Gusto?s payroll system for our US team

I used Carly today and she was brilliant. Thoroughly recommend her. I had half a head of highlights done and they are great! She is lovely too. Can't think why I didn't think of using a mobile hairdresser like Carly before!
