I was supported flawlessly by the Lanes Midwives through my pregnancy and then had an elective two weeks ago at Kings (breech baby and epilepsy). Everything was absolutely impeccable (bar someone forgetting to refer us for our baby's tongue tie) and I genuinely can't recommend all the obstetricians, midwives, nurses, health care workers, paediatricians etc enough. I am well on my way to recovery and have a beautiful contented little boy!

We are looking to sell our 3-bed Victorian terraced house next Spring and have started speaking to a few estate agents. Official fees seem to be quite steep and to vary. I understand however you can haggle quite hard for reduced percentages. Our house has recently been extended and refurbished so should be quite marketable. Just wanted to say that I have recently passed my driving practical and am extremely grateful to Sarah Dimmet who was very patient in teaching me the basic skills to the more advanced skills required in order to pass this first time and with only 3 minor faults may I add!!! If anyone out there needs a driving instructor I would recommend her without hesitation! I'm 38 years old and felt very comfortable learning from such a patient and experienced driving instructor. I would highly recommend Harry Davis of HD Construction. He built us an extension in our first lower ground flat on Underhill Road and earlier this year renovated top to toe our mid-terrace victorian on Whateley Road. Very good indeed and we'll hopefully be using him for our loft conversion in the Spring. Only issue might be whether he can fit you in at such short notice.
