I saw the poo flaging at the weekend...very exciting. Even with the flags, my 16 mnth old managed to find an 'unflagged' poo-Brilliant! I also saw the poo sucking on my way back, and wondered if there was room in the tank for lazy dog owners....mmm!?

This place certainly seems to cause quite a stir! The concept is brilliant, and the wine shop keeps Teaboy busy for hours-he loves it. I have just come back from a really disappointing lunch there. We waited ages for our food, which, when it turned up was dry, and not what we ordered. They are just not back into the swing of things since the closure. The staff (all new or junior) were apologetic, I just hope they start to become more consistent. I don't want to feel like it's a gamble to go there for lunch.

We usually end the festive season by dragging the tree to a big tree recycling skip in Peckham Rye Park-does anyone know if this is available this year? Would hate to miss out on the great tree drag!

I have always found it a bit like going in to the "Adam's Family" home. The older man, I guess he's the owner once told me he was dyingbwhen I asked him casually how he was. Obviosly no joking matter if he is actually very ill. Went in yesterday, and he was bright and cheerful, and made coochy coo noises to my baby,very odd... but brilliant 'local' service.

Also spotted in Bawdale rd area at 2.30 this afternoon.

Whilst taking a stroll this morning, I couldn't help noticing the camera crew and filming vehicles setting up along Lordship Lane. Does anyone know what film/programme it is for?

Hi Pebs, I did try the police station when I lost some keys a while back, but no luck. Don't suppose this is them... 3 keys (including car key) on a pink key fob? TG

Their classes are advertised in the SE22 magazine if you have this. I know they are quite small and intimate, and there are personal training options. TG

A new bag would be a carrot at the moment, I'm not asking for much!

I had a knock at my door the other day from a council worker who wanted to talk to me about my recycling habits. They explained about the new sysyem that is being introduced. My recycling/rubbish will be monitored, and a series of warnings will be allocated before a fine is issued if I am found not to be recycling my glass,card, paper and plastic bottles. At the moment I have one blue box (my bag has gone missing) This gets filled in a few days and the collection people seem reluctant to touch any other bag/box that I put out. I really want to improve my recycling, but think that a little more support and encouragement from the Council could go a long way!

Thank you for this, I shall certainly sleep easier now, knowing the BA and Mr T are not zooming in to Lordship Lane!

Did anyone else have a near miss with a low flying helicopter today? Thought I had been transported to an episode of The A Team, or Traffic Cops!
