southwark is going to introduce CPZ in all of the Herne hill area, as far as I was aware my neighbours and I all voted against it, but now I see leaflets on lamppost stating that after consulting the residents it will be in place by the end of March. Can anyone help me out here are our public officials servants or overlords

I've reposted this note as my first was removed, I got marks number from one of my employees who lives in South London mark and lee came to our cafe'e in Central London on Monday and put in a socket in our stores a bulk head light and light switch in the kitchens and replaced a large transformer and ten spot light. hi all EDFs' I've been reading quite a lot about fake reviews and doggy tradesman. well we've use mark several times and he is the real deal, a nice guy and even better electrician. I only hope he is not caught up in all the scandal and would go as far as to personally recommend him myself and invite any users to PM me if unsure. cheers robin man
