We have just received a letter from Royal Mail,practically word for word as the letter sent to Frenchpolisher. What can I say.

Game has been very helpful. I am in the process of having my money refunded. I will go into the shop and purchase my item. Game packages normally have their logo on it. Game needs to look into all these deliveries that haven?t been delivered. There is definitely something going on.

What a coincidence that my package was from GAME also. Checked with neighbours and they haven?t got it either. I have neighbours where we take deliveries for each other. Been in touch with GAME and they are now investigating. This isn?t a one off with Royal Mail.

When they checked the postman said it had been delivered to my addressBut they can?t check it because conveniently the gps doesn?t work in the rain.

Wtf! I preordered a computer game for my daughter. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday 25th Oct. Nothing. Waited on Saturday. Nothing, until I checked the tracking from Royal Mail. It said it had been delivered.My daughter ran to the letter box, no game. Called Royal Mail who said they would investigate and get back to me. I had to call them back today as I had not heard from them. The manager of the Peckham sorting office told the call centre that as it was raining on Saturday the gps wasn?t working so there is no way he can check.Nonsense!!! Now they say I have to contact the sender and get them to put in a claim.Not happy.

Just called Royal Mail to complain about a package that was to be delivered 2 days ago. The lady told me its not deemed lost until the 3rd December. Appalling service! It was a gift, now I have to go and replace it for today.Not happy!!

Hi we are near overhill road. Problems with virgin media for days now. Contacted them last night they said there is a problem with the Dulwich area and it should be fixed by the 6th March. They were quite rude too.

We haven't had internet either.We are near Overhill road.Its been off and on all day.
